By engaging with Webly Studio, you agree to our streamlined project workflow. We specialize in rapid-delivery websites (48 hours) designed for conversion and premium aesthetics.

The 48-hour delivery countdown begins only after the client has provided all necessary assets, including logo, branding guidelines, content (copy), and images. Delays in asset provision will pause the delivery timer.

Our Pricing Plans are fixed-fee as listed on our homepage. Project commencement requires a 50% upfront deposit, with the remaining balance due upon website completion prior to launch.

Launch Offer: Any discounts applied (e.g., ₹1,000 OFF) are limited-time offers and are only valid if the project is booked within the specified promotional window.

The client represents that they own the rights to all materials (text, images, logos) provided to Webly Studio. Webly Studio is not liable for any copyright infringement resulting from client-provided materials.

Clients are expected to provide clear feedback during the revision round to maintain our rapid delivery schedule.

Every project includes one (1) comprehensive round of revisions post-delivery. Major changes to scope or additional revisions requested after the handoff may incur additional fees.

Standard delivery includes setup on our recommended hosting path. Post-launch maintenance is not included unless a separate support package is signed.

Upon final payment, the full copyright and ownership of the final website design and code will be transferred to the client. Webly Studio retains the right to display the project as part of our professional portfolio.
